• Breakast: A vegan peanut butter filled chocolate cookie made by my wife. Perfectly healthy, I’m sure of it.
  • Lunch: A peanut butter and jelly sandwich, some hummus and chips/veggies
  • Dinner: A big ol’ salad with homemade dressing (a lemon juice and olive oil concoction, really good), more hummus and pita chips
  • Snacks: Another one of those cookies
  • Drinks: Water, coffee

Those cookies are going to work tomorrow. It’s for my own good.
