• Breakfast: Oatmeal, brown sugar, walnuts and dried cranberries
  • Lunch: Leftover beans and rice
  • Dinner: A huge salad with mixed greens, cauliflower, celery, carrots, green onions, yellow peppers, croutons and crispy onions
  • Snacks: Veggies, pita chips and hummus
  • Drinks: Water, coffee, two beers

So, Celine and I are missing our Nashville LOST group. We used to gather every week to watch, and it’s a little sad to watch it by ourselves all the time now. We’re just getting ready to crank it up here (it comes on at 9PM Pacific out here, so we get it much later than our Central Time friends), but earlier we used the miracle of technology to Skype into Nashville and talk with our old friends. It was so nice to see them on our laptop screen! I don’t know how people moved to new places before technology.
