Before I forget!

  • Breakfast: Oatmeal with brown sugar, dried cranberries and walnuts
  • Lunch: Channa Masala, a Trader Joe’s indian food meal (contained some ghee, so not vegan)
  • Dinner: Whole wheat penne pasta with zucchini and squash in Trader Joe’s Arrabiata Sauce
  • Snacks: Peanut butter filled pretzels
  • Drinks: Water, coffee, whiskey and Pepsi, and a beer
