• Breakfast: The Veggie Medley crepe from French Press
  • Lunch: Hummus and veggies (it was a light lunch)
  • Dinner: Brussels sprouts in a delicious almond butter sauce (sort of an Asian sauce) over brown rice
  • Snacks: I don’t think I ate a snack today other than my lunch

Same thing for drinks today, water, coffee and a beer. I sense a pattern.

Now, astute observers will probably be wondering, how did Matt find a vegan crepe? Well, I didn’t. There was definitely egg and butter in that crepe, but there was also a lot of delicious vegetables! It was definitely a vegan fail moment, but hey, I’m just getting started here. Otherwise, a good day, and every meal was delicious.
